- Refund Review: If you believe the insights provided were inaccurate or unhelpful, please email us a detailed explanation along with your original inputs. Our team will review the output and assess whether it met reasonable analytical standards.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following situations:
- You failed to upload a valid or complete P&L or contextual business information.
- The insight generated was based on low-quality or misleading input data.
- You simply changed your mind or expected human consulting services.
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your order ID or email address used during purchase
- The original files you uploaded
- A clear explanation of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Data Retention
We retain uploaded documents and generated insights for a maximum of 7 days to process refunds and maintain quality checks. After this period, all user data is automatically deleted from our servers.
